Have you log into Box Critters, and noticed that your Username appears as “Critter” instead of the Username you picked in your Account Creation. Now there are a number of different reasons that it could occur. The most popular reason is that your Username isn’t approved yet, or if it’s been a while since you created your Account, it means that your Username got disapproved, and you may be able to contact the Official Box Critters Team for a Username Change. If you think this was an error on the Username Filter, you could contact the Box Critters Team’s Twitter. There was a minor bug that caused Approved Usernames to appear as “Critter”, the Team is aware of this bug.
